Dominic has held various positions in social work and has built up many years of experience in areas such as care for children and teenagers, adult social care, counselling and disabilities and holds an NVQ3 qualification. In addition he also spent several years working in logistics and client management for a distribution company.

This mix of experience means Dominic naturally takes the lead on all operational matters, ensuring the right person is at the right place at the right time and knows what actions need doing and recorded.
