All of our domiciliary support is tailored to the particular needs of each client, taking into account their views and those of their family, ensuring we provide the appropriate care for each individual.
We can provide whatever services are required, all delivered the Heartfelt way, with sensitivity and the personal touch, helping clients thrive in their own home.
- Assistance with getting up, washing and dressing, showering and bathing
- Assistance with the preparation of meals and drinks
- Assistance with the administering of medication, keeping accurate records at all times. Collection of medication
- Assistance with toileting, including commodes, catheters, stoma bags and incontinence
- Assistance with light domestic tasks
- Assistance with taking clients to the shops or doing shopping on their behalf
- Assistance with taking clients to appointments, community events and day trips.
