Caroline emailed Shelly to say ‘I would like to leave a review for Heartfelt care.
The carers are all well vetted and are trained to the highest standards.
When my mother is in hospital, the carers would come and visit her and bring anything that is needed.
The carers also take my mother to appointments and really do go beyond caring ,not just at home (visits) .
Shelly, I can message at anytime when I need reassurance, help, or just to talk about my mother. Her support and the rest of the team is immeasurable.
Ruth emailed Shelly to say ‘Hi. Found out last night mum is going to Sherborne House tomorrow, so today I have been frantically trying to make it more homely and label all her clothes. Carol, I have brought the plant you gave her for Christmas. Not even sure if clothes will fit her as she has lost so much weight (while in hospital). Again, can I just thank you both and your team for supporting mum I really appreciated it.xx’
Caz emailed Michael to say ‘Dear Michael, I just wanted to send a short e-mail to express how amazing I think your team of staff have been whilst looking after Sidders!
It’s a stressful thing caring for an elderly relative, but your staff gave me the peace of mind of knowing that he was in great hands, and that his needs would be met with respect and compassion. The staff went above and beyond with his care; nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I think a special mention should go to Shelly as no matter what time of day or when, she was always there! The amount of carers that turned up to his funeral yesterday just emphasises how much they cared for him and their commitment to their clients.
I certainly would have no hesitation to recommend you to others and have done so recently.
Keep up the good work!
Kind regards, Caz’

Hilary took great comfort in knowing that he was being looked after by individuals who were both capable and compassionate, we are both grateful for the support you provided.

Yours sincerely, Hilary Brown & Ian Bennett

Simon praised all the work Heartfelt Care have done, said Rachel uses to call the social services office every day previously in tears or upset about something. After Heartfelt Care took over the package of care Rachel hardly calls.
Simon wanted us to know that every carer he has come across since Heartfelt Care on the support have been so kind, caring and very supportive, a credit to the company. He is already an advocate for the company and will be calling us first to cover other POC going forwards (within the Dorset Council framework rules) in his role as a social worker or as a friend of someone needing support.
My husband Bryan has suffered from Multiple Sclerosis for 30 years. More recently, his condition has progressed and his needs can vary from day to day. Heartfelt Care has supported both Bryan and myself for the past 10 months. In this time, they have provided a very high standard of care and support. I have found that the emotional support given to myself has been exceptional and as beneficial as the physical support given to Bryan. They always go the ‘extra mile’.
Higher management will participate in Bryan’s care and always make themselves available to both myself and Bryan to discuss Bryan’s ever changing needs. I have done and will always continue to highly recommend Heartfelt Care to multi-disciplinary workers within the N.H.S.
Whilst popping in to see Sidney M (client), a district nurse was there who said how lovely it was I had just popped in to check on him. She asked who I worked for, and I said Heartfelt Care. The same district nurse also rang the office to speak to me regarding Sidney’s catheter and again thanked me for helping her work out the best treatment for him.

She then went on to reiterate how good Shelly was at her Job and how well client YD has been cared for with Heartfelt Care.
I have encountered numerous companies and Heartfelt Care has been the most caring, kind, considerate and compassionate company that I have had caring for me.
All the staff, including higher management, all sing from the same hymn sheet which in turn leads to an amazing continuity of care, thus giving peace of mind to both myself and all of my family.
