Palliative Care

Watching your loved ones cope with a terminal illness can have a huge impact on the entire family. At this stressful time though it is important to remember that there are lots of people who can help you, not only practically but also by providing support and guidance.

At Heartfelt Care, we can provide palliative care at home, meaning that your loved one can remain in familiar surroundings, in the company of family and friends until the end of their life. Our focus is on providing quality of life and minimising the suffering of our clients in their final days. Naturally we will help with personal care, but we are also there to provide emotional support during this most difficult of times.

We work closely with other care providers who may also be coming into the home, such as District Nurses, to ensure continuity of care and to provide as much support as possible to friends and family.

By working with our clients and their families we are able to tailor the care that we provide to ensure dignity and quality of life. We pride ourselves on providing a support system not only for the individual but also their family, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
